thEdiGitAI Labs Inc. ("thEdiGitAI Labs", "we", "us" or "our") is a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada, based in Mississauga, Ontario. We build ACE, the operating system for your business, and we build custom software and AI agents for businesses.

When you apply for early access to ACE, we collect your name, email address, business name and, optionally, your phone number, plus the answers you choose to give about your business: type of business, number of locations, team size, the tools you use today, your timeline, and what you want ACE to fix first. We also record that you consented to be contacted, the wording you agreed to, and when. We use this only to review your application, contact you about ACE, and decide whether ACE is a good fit. It is stored in ACE, walled off from every other business at the database level, and is never sold or shared for marketing.
When you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company and, optionally, your phone number, together with what you tell us about your systems and the workflow you want help with. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to book a call.
When you book a call through our website, we collect your name, email address and any notes you provide. The booking is processed by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and the calendar loads only when you choose to open it.
When you subscribe to ACE updates, we collect your email address and the fact that you asked to hear from us. We confirm your subscription by email before sending anything else, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
When we send you an email or a text message (an application acknowledgement, a reply, a booking confirmation), we record whether it was delivered. Email is delivered by Resend and text messages by Twilio.
This website runs no analytics or advertising tags. A first visit sets no cookie.
We use the following providers to run our website and our business. Each one processes personal information only on our instructions.
When we provide AI-related services to clients, we may use Anthropic's Claude platform. This is governed by a separate service agreement between us and the client.
Early-access applications and enquiries that do not become customers are deleted within 24 months of the last contact, or sooner on request. Client records are kept for the duration of our business relationship and as required for business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
