For established systems
Keep your systems
You've invested in your ERP, CRM, POS or accounting software, and moving off it isn't worth it. We work inside it.
AI AGENTS, DEPLOYED · THEDIGITAI LABS
We sit with your team, map how the work really gets done, and put AI agents on the repetitive steps, inside the systems you already use. Measured before and after. A person approves anything that matters.
Start with one workflowWHY MOST AI PROJECTS STALL
Most AI projects start with a tool and go looking for a problem. Ours start with your business: who does what, in which system, and where the work waits. Then we decide where an agent belongs, and where it doesn't.
Not a chatbot
Agents work in the background. They read, match, draft, chase and update, and they ask when they need a decision.
Not another app
Agents work inside the tools your team already opens every day. Nobody has to learn new software.
Not replacing your people
Agents take the copying, checking and chasing. Your team keeps the judgment, the customers and the final say.
TWO WAYS IN
The method is the same either way. What changes is where the agents live.
For established systems
You've invested in your ERP, CRM, POS or accounting software, and moving off it isn't worth it. We work inside it.
WORKS WITH WHAT YOU RUN
These are systems we've built with and connected to. If yours isn't here, tell us. Most modern tools can be reached.
HOW WE WORK
Sit with you
We spend time with the people who do the work: the owner, the managers, the front line. Most of how a business runs lives in people's heads, not in documents.
Map the real process
We trace each workflow through your people, your systems and your files. The real process is almost always longer than the one on paper, with loops and waits nobody has counted.
Sort every step
Every step goes into one of four groups: remove it, automate it, give it to an agent, or keep it with a person.
Measure the baseline
Before we build anything, we measure: hours spent, time from start to finish, cost per order or invoice, and how often work gets redone.
THE FOUR KINDS OF STEPS
This is the heart of the method. Every step in a workflow gets one label, and only some of them need AI.
Remove
Steps that exist only because of an old workaround: re-typing, re-checking a copy, forwarding for no reason.
Automate
Simple rules with no judgment: if this, then that. Plain software does them, reliably and cheaply.
Agent
Steps that need judgment but follow patterns your history can teach: reading an invoice, matching a payment, drafting a reply.
Person
Steps where a mistake is expensive or a relationship matters: approving payments, negotiating, the final say.
EXAMPLE: PAYING A SUPPLIER INVOICE
Illustrative example, not a client result.
How the process is described. 4 steps.
WHAT YOU GET
The real process map
Every step, handoff, loop and wait in the workflow, drawn so your whole team can read it.
The baseline
Hours, time from start to finish, cost per transaction and rework, measured before we build.
Working agents
Running inside your tools, on your data, doing the steps they were given.
Approval rules you set
What an agent may do alone, what needs a person, and what it never touches. In writing.
A log of every action
HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS
Workflow Audit · about two weeks
We sit with your team, map the real process, measure the baseline and sort every step. You get the map, the numbers and a fixed quote for the first workflow. Fixed price, credited to the build if you go ahead.
First Workflow · a few weeks
We build and deploy the agents for one workflow, run them with your team watching, and report the results against the baseline. Fixed quote from the audit. No hourly billing.
Managed Agents · monthly
We run, monitor and improve your agents, send a results report every month, and add the next workflow when you're ready. Larger teams: we work department by department.
Every day

WHO IT'S FOR
WHO DOES THE WORK
thEdiGitAI Labs is led by Dr. Faris Marei. He trained as a dentist and found his real skill was seeing how a business runs, and where the process breaks.
The model is what Palantir called forward deployed engineering: the person who builds the system sits with the people who use it, and stays until it works. We bring it to owner-run businesses, and to teams whose systems are too big to replace.
It's how ACE was built: on a busy floor, with the people who use it every day.

FAQ
No. If your systems work, we keep them and work inside them. ACE is for businesses whose tools are holding them back.
Only what you agree to in writing. Together we set what an agent can do alone, what needs a person's approval, and what it never touches.
Risky steps always go to a person. Agents start out supervised, with your team approving their work, before they act alone. Every action is logged, so we can see what happened and fix it.

For businesses outgrowing their tools
If the business runs on spreadsheets, group chats and five apps that don't connect, the fix starts with one system. ACE is the operating system for your business. We set it up with you, then put agents to work on top of it.
Product names are trademarks of their owners. Shown to name the systems we work with, not to imply partnership or endorsement.
Deploy inside your tools
Agents work in the systems you already use. When they need a decision, they ask your team on WhatsApp, Slack, email or ACE. Every action is logged.
Report and expand
Every month you get a short results report against the baseline. When one workflow is working, we pick the next one together.
How it actually runs, once you sit with the team. 11 steps · 2 waits · 1 loop.
Every step sorted. The agent asks; a person decides. 6 steps left · 2 removed · 1 for a person.
What each agent did, when, and why, so nothing happens out of sight.

The numbers against the baseline, what we changed, and what we'd do next.
Your data stays yours. We connect only to what a workflow needs, and our agreement covers how data is handled under Canadian privacy law.
It takes the copying, checking and chasing off their plate. Most owners put that time back into customers, growth and the work nobody had time for.
Whichever does the job reliably for the lowest cost. We test each workflow. Not every step needs the most expensive model, or any AI at all.
The Workflow Audit is a fixed price, credited to the build if you go ahead. After the audit you get a fixed quote for the first workflow. Managed agents are a monthly fee.
We're based in Mississauga, Ontario, and we prefer to sit with your team in person. We work remotely when it makes sense.
